Individual sessions are conducted by telephone only.

Each session will be recorded by Mary Jo. You will have the option to choose either an audio tape that will be mailed to you or an Mp3 which will be available to you shortly after the session.

Format can be tailored to meet your individual specifications. General format includes a reading about your current and future focus of time followed by insights into your specific areas of concern. Be prepared with questions and topics to be addressed.
